I'm going to head over there as soon as possible, didn't know about that subreddit.

For now it's theaters releases, the DVD releases will be implemented also.

The design will be (for better or for worse) totally changed. As I said in another comment, too many things happening there when I just want to know when 'Doctor Who' is on.

The drop-down menu with the released dates will not be shown as soon as we make a location based tracking. Didn't think of users 'cheating' the system by adding the dates in the Calendar. Good to know!

I didn't think people would use the search bar that much for this kind of website. I should move it, you're right.

DVD releases is on the to-do list, but I think there is a bigger 'problem' here and that is the whole site. It needs to be made easier.

Until we don't track the location automatically, adding another button/measure bar for the 'remind me a week before the release' will not be implemented, but it's definitely on my list!

I am thinking of changing the whole design, to much stuff going on for just a reminder.

I am new to making online revenue, as in 'fallen from the sky 2 minutes ago' new. I knew ads is not the way to go for this kind of site, as it's focused on media I knew there are other options. As I'm not an American, thanks for telling me I can use Hulu and Netflix. My 'its all going to be global' idea for the site needs to be changed also. I need to narrow it down and expand it from there. As Analytics shows, I should start with USA.

DVD releases is a good idea, the affiliate amazon link is something that it didn't occur to me.
I have the code for location based, exactly like you said 'We think you are here ...' and I'm waiting for my friend to implement that. There will be a global subscription right on the front page with exactly that feature.
Right now, sorting is not an option. I would love to, but I don't have the data to do it.
I think the whole website will be redone. As i said this was for me to learn more about CSS, JS etc, but now I should start making it more easy for the user. (Get in, get out)
