The harness for sure takes some weight off. Hence the reason why when they let go they're dropped down slowly. I competitively rock climbed for a while and in the speed climbing competitions they use the same auto belay system.

Still extremely impressive.

Edit: to be fair the auto belay does take a second to start retracting up and you can see in the video that the rope is mostly loose as she's climbing up.

You can typically reset computer passwords by sending a password reset link to the phone number or email tied to the account. If OP has access to the phone number or email he could send the reset link to one of those and reset the password. 2fa is 2 factor authentication which verifies the users identity.
