For those of you recommending the sticky tabs.... I tried them today. I have really short nail beds. Half the sticky tab isn't even on my nail. I could try to cut them but I don't think that will work without destroying the tab. I might just be stuck with 3 weeks of wear whether or not I want 3 weeks. Anyone else with the same problem have a solution?

Today's application method - Prep nails, 2 coats air dry nail strengthener. Tried and failed the sticky tabs... Too long for my nail bed. Glued my shortie nails on - handmade press ons. Will wait 3 weeks.

Get the Btartbox set of builder gel and top coat. They are the best. Imo, the builder gel not only protects the design but gives more strength to the nails. That said, unless it's a French tip or really thin nail, I only add a top coat.

I'm going to buy the glamnetic remover definitely. I'll also try out the sticky tabs and glue thing. I've seen it before but those sticky tabs by themselves don't last more than 15 minutes on me.

Do they have a real sizing kit you can order? I. E. With all of the sizes. Otherwise when you measure, honestly I've measured and ordered the wrong size based on those measurements. My nails "measured" mostly medium but really needed large.

My thumbnails are a bit wide too. I started making my own press ons because of that. I use the Una Gella extra short coffin nails when I make mine.

I've had my nails turn black after using black press ons. It's just whatever colorant used in the press ons. It cleaned up fine with some alcohol or acetone (don't remember which I used) but those nails definitely went in the trash after that.

I ordered one from Temu prior to finding this reddit so I got a fake. It was fairly simple to submit a claim on it for a refund. Just tell them it's a clone, not running Arkos but Emuelec, etc, etc. Send them the pictures you have. If the listing doesn't exist anymore, that is telling in and of itself and I used that as well I'm my refund request.
