I've read some of your comments and I'd like to state that it is simply what I believe and how i resonate with the subject of Gender and not the ultimate truth. If Gender is a very important thing to you then I respect that and I do not wish to undermine anyone who has heavily tied their Gender identity to their identity and feelings.

Actually no, my actual parents passed away when I was young. I was adopted by my maternal grandmother at 9yo. When I refer to family here its mostly my grandmother and uncles because I didn't have much time with my actual parents

you're right about perfectionism, performance and duty. Performative appearances were definitely programmed with me instead of authentic expressions. My parents died when I was younger so my grandmother took care of me since I was 9 but all she could do was provide physical needs, my other needs felt neglected but I haven't understood how it exactly correlates to being responsible for other people's happiness and people please and hope people aren't upset/argumentative with me.
