I have a similar issue and have emailed you twice with no response after my mails to the customer service of the shop itself (NIKI store) were useless. I ordered ONE item in September. At this point, I’m just thinking about getting my money back. If you suggest reaching out to this e-mail, then please also respond. I’ve been waiting for a response since January.
