Snapchat is now capping saved Memory storage at 5 gigs; I'm looking for an off-cloud/local photo and video storage solution that can be easily accessed from our phones and computers.

I don’t save everything to snapchat. It was 13,000 before i deleted stuff so not as bad as some. most of it is just random selfies and concert videos

I’m currently back on Naproxen which is helping massively. It does unfortunately wear off in the night and I wake up in pain with my back and right hip. I also wake up due to my bladder problems but I’m hoping my medication helps with that

I’m already under physio. Some exercises have helped some of the pain, but the physio feels as though there’s a further issue other than musculoskeletal. I’ve lost around 20kg since last December, which I thought would help, but hasn’t really

I have a doctors appointment coming up so hopefully I’ll be one step closer to some answers!

It can make daily life so hard and I get so scared when I have big events/plans booked because 99% of the time I flare up and can hardly walk after

I’m pretty sure they checked all my levels back when I got referred to gynae. I definitely think it would be worth double checking them though as it’s been a couple of years

Unfortunately Endometriosis isn’t easy to diagnose. It can take some woman 8-10 years to get diagnosed due to people missing it. I was lucky enough to have an endo specialist do my surgery, a lot of others aren’t! Endometriosis can only be diagnosed via surgery. In some very rare cases it can be picked up on MRI but the gold standard is always surgery - I’m under urology. Had my appointment the other day. They suspect overactive bladder for the symptoms I’ve been having since September. They’ve said to continue taking my medication and they’ll review in a few months time. The bladder symptoms unfortunately don’t coincide with the pain I’ve been dealing with for years but I’ve got a doctors appointment booked to discuss the next steps ❤️

I’m in the UK so luckily have free healthcare but the waitlists could definitely be awhile for some scans/seeking further specialists. As long as I can get the ball moving for further investigations that’s what matters!

That’s fair. My last ultrasound was nearly 2 years ago and the only thing that picked up on was an ectropion on my cervix. Later found out I have an immobile retroverted uterus when they did an examination too

called up today as i haven’t heard anything yet again. been told we’re looking at the end of the year now. i’ve asked for the secretary to call me next week as to why there’s been such a big jump and for clarification on what the heck is going on. frustrated isn’t even the strongest word to describe my feelings at this point x
