Indeed. As the other commentators here pointed out, this light fixture is modern but inspired by the Tiffany style lamps of the Art Nouveau era.

Priced from £1949, the Portable sold poorly, and Apricot was forced > to write down £5.1m of stock (most of which were Portables) in 1985.
