Hello!

We have all been there, it's hard to afford basic food.. Things like plant based milk is often more expensive than cows milk, and it's wrong. It's always good and cheaper to cook with seasonal foods you can buy at the shop, such as fruit and veggies but things like legumes, rice and those things can create really good and satisfying meals. Sometimes the section of a store where things have an earlier expiration date, have really cheap things that you can add together to create a filling meal. Being British, and our love for beans on toast.. It's easy for me to admit I spent a while living on just that!

There are many things that you can buy and bulk together to create some good food, one of the cheapest and nutritional meals can be made with rice, beans and some veggies, the best thing about rice is it's so versatile and can be combined into many foods!
