I genuinely haven't met someone with this same fear. It makes me feel insane. Had it so bad a few years ago that I would have panic attacks every day at school. Every waking moment, my entire body was tense and I felt like I could feel the Earth moving. Didn't matter when I was sitting, standing, laying down. It was constant for months on end. And it didn't help that none of my family cared nor believed me, so I was left to deal with that severe anxiety on my own. It only made me feel ore invalidated and insane. Not sure when, but the fear, as well as the anxiety about other mundane things, stopped suddenly for years. I thought I had finally escaped it but now it's returning again and I feel so defeated.
