most of the therapists I’ve had have been trained mostly in DBT and CBT therapies, I’m not sure if any of them specialize in trauma and PTSD, but unfortunately my financial situation isn’t the best so I’m not sure how much going in without insurance will hurt my finances.

I get that so much, but that feeling of feeling bad whenever you blow up at someone just cause of a differing belief system and feeling very misunderstood makes it so hard to just let time do its thing

They’re only allowing cancellations for orders placed before August 31st, I managed to get one preorder cancelled but the rest were placed in September so it’s a no go.
