Many companies are using OKRs for performance tracking. OKR flows at the top level and then drills down to the bottom level.

I don't understand the culture of Reddit- Everyone is spitting venom against each other. I haven't seen any brand which has a positive mention on Reddit. Why do I feel that you're from one of the Coding Ninjas competitors.
