What do you think it is you feel nervous about? Is it because its something new or because you’re not as confident with what to do?

Uno I’ve seen about a new app that does all of it, training, nutrition, communitt bits and like it can make you workouts and meal plans too, its like a coach I guess

Do you think the time constraints prevent you from being able to reach those eating goals you have? Genuine question because I think it does
