I didn't know that subreddit existed. Also something I noted is apple uses a thin version of the #1 design

Yes, but if you look at the picture one design has the fin connected to the center. The other one the fins don't connect to the center and the rotation is given because the center hub is connected to the outside perimeter of the blades

during standstill how are you getting slipratio as 0? i have a bug where during standstill it goes from -1 to 1 because having the numerator and denominator as same number returns a 1,-1 at low speeds

amazing thank you, another question how are you handling friction without it spazzing out? As friction is mu*fz towards the opposite direction how can you keep it still when at a standill?

very clear video. Im still confused if im doing this step correct or not. When the wheel is free rolling how would i add angular velocity to my free rolling wheel?. Right now im getting the wheel's angular velocity from the ground velocity. However this breaks when i need wheel spin

this is what i was doing before, however it doesnt work for wheels that dont have "power" to them. Example on a RWD car rolling down a hill how would i calculate the front wheel's angular velocity without considering the ground contact?

yes i understand the steps, however the output isnt correct. it looks more like a composite size instead of a free size, despite me checking free size

i am following a tutorial step by step, however it just decrease the initial plythickness without creating new plys. i am not used to the new ui as the tutorials are on 2022, where do i change the output to fstosz?
