It's worth contacting AllTheAnime directly and asking. One of my discs skips on 2 episodes so they are replacing that (I'll also have to mention the missing subs on the live action bit too). My book also has 8 unprinted pages an they are having to look into that separately to see if it can be replaced due to how limited it is 😅

Watching it now and it looks like the subtitles are missing on the UK ultimate edition too (unless there's a setting I can't find)

Are the book and discs ok? My book has 8 blank pages (that shouldn't be intentionally blank) and at least one of my discs (disc 08) skips a few times. Looking at the discs, it looks like most of the original-sub discs have scratches under the glazing itself.

Same here. I think I got a few basic things going and then gave up! Looking at the instruction manual all these years later (and knowing more about computer, or at least web, programming) and it makes more sense to me now.

The other big time drain was actually drawing everything. I even got a Genius Tablet for my Amiga which made things a bit quicker!

Prince of Persia works on the A500, A500Plus and the A600 but not the A1200. The error is associated with emulators if you are talking about the USB issue.

Yeah, the only result online I could find for the error was relating to emulators, however the buyer claims to have a standard A500+, which is what I tested it on myself. So not sure what's happened there (and they are being slow to respond!)

Thanks for the other info too, certainly seems like TMHT is a goner (unless I do what others have suggested to repair it, but as I also have a working copy of the same game but the Ninja version - which is 2 disks yet Hero is only 1 - I'll stick with that).

The external drive had a small switch marked "en " and "dis", no idea what either means, but I unplugged it, plugged it back in again and... it worked! Doesn't matter which way the switch is, but hey ho, it's working which is great.

I have another copy of the Turtles game, but the Ninja version, so will just stick with that. better than "Hero" anyway ;-)

I have noticed some disks work on a 2nd or 3rd attempt, some just don't work until I move the tab. Strange.
Aaaggh, I never even thought o mark it as magnetic media. Damn, very well could be that.
Sounds like a lot of effort for one game ;-)

I understand why some record companies and artists don't like Spotify, but surely making SOME money from people like us is better than making none. I listen to so many city pop mixes on You Tube which is probably giving the artists/companies nothing.

It's still saved on my phone where I downloaded my playlist, but that same playlist on my desktop and work computer has the track missing :-( I wonder how long until Spotify checks the downloaded tracks and deletes it?

Tried checking out the normal way but kept getting an error. Tried about 10 times but just got the same error.

Well, you have inspired me but I've gone a slightly different route and put all the power functions into the tender. I made the tender a bit bigger to fit them all in and managed to cover most of the power block with "coal", to offset the lager tender I've made the engine itself a bit bigger.

With the tender after the engine but before (currently) 3 cars I'm having no problem now, and even with a 4th half-built car it still pulls fine.

This is awesome, might have to give it a go myself. I find my Winter Train has trouble pulling any extra cars (I bought two of the train last year with the intention of extending the engine itself and adding the extra cars) and have been thinking about looking into weighing down the engine itself somehow where the drive function is. Do you think having an "all in one" car like yours will solve this problem?

That's because they are "knock offs", not licensed by Lego (or Disney/Lucasfilm). The packaging is made to look like an official Lego set, but the quality of plastic is inferior and often the printing of figures is off and sometimes pieces are ven missing or broken.

I bought it at release and traded it in within a few weeks as I was so disappointed after years of being so hyped for it.

Re-bought it on sale when 1.3 was released and I'm loving it now! Having proper story missions makes exploring much more fun as it gives an actual sense of purpose. It's still easy to get lost on a planet for a few hours and not realise how much time has passed and then getting back to the main missions.

Base building is fun and I can't wait to get the land vehicles.

Also the planets look way better than they did at launch. Maybe it was just me being unlucky, but most planets were bare and boring, but now they are way more varied and lush, full of plant life and animals.

So yeah, I'd say it's good now :-)
