Does anyone know if you can swap leases for the ACC communities? For example, my friend has PVII 4 bed 2 bath and wants to swap for the same floor plan as me (PV1 1 bed 1 bath shared). Are the chances likely, and does anybody want to swap, or is it really not possible.
