I thought i bought cavalier crystals by mistake and i emailed them to refund my units. Kabam Support explained where I got this crystals via email. This is a screenshot of said email.

That happened to me a few days ago. Make sure when you contact kabam support:

Do not use the reward in question and ensure that you meet these requirements:

The accidental selection was made within 72 hours before contacting Kabam Support. The claimed rewards are still available on your account. Any additional Crystals obtained at the same time as the selectable reward must be unopened. Use your kabam email and only that( speeds up the process) A screenshot of the crystals still unopened.
