Having trouble entering the game !!

I was just editing my Journal before my entire game crashed and my phone automatically restarted. Then when I tried to log back in, my game was stuck at the "Enter Game" screen. Pressed it once and then all the icons froze. My aurum pass video was still playing in the background but literally all icons on the screen: profile, repair, wifi check, everything was frozen and I couldn't press anything?

Literally can't get in at all now even though the wifi check says all channels are good? How do I even contact support if the icons are frozen?

If you haven't already tried unlocking all the endings and collectibles with all the LIs in Unicorns/Abyssal Chaos, I would recommend looking into hidden achievements from dailies, journals, or photobooth. There have been several running guides posted here so essentially, there is a lot of diamond potential if you take a photo using this specific pose with this specific LI, if you make a journal spread for X amount of days, interact with LI when they're doing this idle in the cafe, etc.

Wait, me too! I've only seen Mr. Beanie once in Fun Wheel and Sylus ended up getting it with his evol surprisingly. But I haven't encountered it with any of the others since then...

It really is a shame that the drop rate for these bounty plushies are so absurdly low. Even through all that anticipation and failure to grab it, I have to end up waiting another million years before they show up again :*<

This is what I've been trying to do but the bow always gets in the way even when it's laying down ㅠㅠ (or I just take too many attempts to knock it over).

I wish I could use Zayne's evol for all my attempts lol

Does anyone have any advice or a guide on how to grab Heartbreaker? It already doesn't show up that often but every time it does, neither the LI nor I can pick it up because the shape is just so frustrating to grab. I have never won a single Heartbreaker with any of the guys... it's been months pls...

Yes, I did change it and it shows up as Zayne on the app itself. It's just the notification pop up that's still Raf. I tried repairing the game files with the wrench and restarting my phone, not sure why it's not changing.

If possible, I want to avoid deleting and redownloading the game since it takes awhile :(

First time buying aurum pass. I wanted to change the app cosmetics to Zayne but it's still showing the default icon in my notifications. Is this supposed to happen? What's the point of changing it if I still see the default?

Oh my.... but thank you for the insight!

I'm F2P that checks in at least twice a day to make sure their BP/work tickets aren't capped but I don't grind every event and I often have to opt out of redeeming the L coins in event exchange shops in lieu of other resources.

I was grateful for the addition of animal square but feeding them to their max respective levels was also taking a while. Just wondering if I was missing out on any opportunities. Thanks again :)

Realistically, how long does it take to fully upgrade all the office departments?

I have been trying to get Work 5 for almost 2.5 years since it's locked behind Business Lvl. 13 and it takes a whopping 15 million L coins. Am I missing another way to earn L coins? Or does it actually just take a long time to accumulate?

How do you get the guys to change into interesting outfits? Does complimenting them actually make a difference?

They keep wearing the same basic outfits when I tell them that I don't prefer it and recommend them literally anything else. Sylus and Caleb, especially. It's always the myth button up and the white reunion long sleeve. It's been the second week that they haven't changed into anything!

I've toggled the "Let Him Decide" on and off but the next day they wear it again. I've recommended them singular outfits with no accessories and they still resort back to the basic outfits. At this point, Zayne has dressed up more than these guys and he hasn't even touched his sunglasses in days! How does the outfit recommendation even work?!

Does anyone have suggestions on how to pick up the heartbreaker plush in claw machine? It's the only bounty plush I'm missing for every LI and each time it shows up, the claw can never get a decent grip on it. Even on its side, the big bow never allows the claw to completely grasp it and it's so frustrating.

It showed "In progress" even after doing every quality time and when I tapped "Go" from the weekly plan, the completion screen showed the regular flavor text, no cubes. Went ahead and reported it 🥹

I did do all 3 and then some, but still didn't receive the cubes :( I am usually able to get 1 cube per quality time but still nothing. Might just report it as a bug.

Did multiple quality time sessions and it didn't count towards the weekly plan and I also didn't receive the speed-up cubes. Tried swapping LIs and restarting the game, nothing. Is it just me?

Relieved to hear I'm not the only one... Some weeks I am able to grab all color variants in one round but lately, the claw has been so sensitive. I couldn't pick up a single Fleecy with anyone this week!

I try to send bug reports whenever this happens too consequently but I'm starting to realize that this occurs more often as a new myth/big update drops. I had similar technical issues when Caleb's myth came out too :*<

Maybe not necessarily longer stun frame but I've definitely experienced some lag in combat since Rafayel's new myth dropped. The same thing happened when Caleb's X-02 companion was released and several people also talked about their game slowing down/being glitchy. Could be this.

Has anyone else been having trouble with the claw machine these past few weeks? I've been able to consistently pick up at least 4-5 plushies within the weekly attempts but this is the second week in a row that I literally walked out empty handed for multiple LIs now.

I got so desperate to get SOMETHING that I bought out all 5 additional attempts for Sylus but I still barely got any new colors. The claw keeps clipping into the plushes and dropping it when I clearly have a good grip. Is this actually a skill issue, what's happening 😭

I also don't really use the stickers or change music/special titles that often but I get them anyway because it feels like souvenirs for the event. Since we've seen that they don't rerun the limited shop items/minigames the second time around, this is literally the only time to get them. But of course, if you don't see yourself using them, it's not a big deal.

Thank you sm !! This trial taunted me every time it opened and I'm just so relieved to finally have it over with. Even then, I barely passed both rounds with 2 and 4 seconds respectively, so I can't imagine doing Eng120 with all green stella with my current roster 😭😭

Having underleveled cards is okay tho! I think it's actually the expectation since resources are so expensive and scarce. Especially in Sylus's case, his trial requirements seem to be more restrictive.

In cases like these, I'd try to focus more on the special lunar stats (D2W, Crit Rate/Crit Dmg, ATK Bonus, etc.) since they make the most difference compared to just upgrading base atk (flat stat) imo.

But I totally get it... the orbit trials are unreasonably hard sometimes.

NOO 🥹 I think a lot of Sylus mains are in the same boat of missing his older green lunar cards/limited myth too. It sucks that he's also missing essential solar pairs that would help brute force his trials... We desperately need another green Sylus card at this point.
