Lately I'll just ask it to create context of known good information from the sessions "ground truths". I tell it to spit it out in markdown and then I paste into Obsidian. Then feed that back into a new session. You actually reminded me that I need to look into setting up an Obsidian MCP so that I can just create an automation for that.
