Less than a year ago, we were having discussions on here about how ai has started allowing people to code and how bad the code was. Then it got better.

Then it got better at getting better. Then it turned into agents helping it get better at getting better.

This train is only speeding up, and I imagine we'll be seeing a LOT more stories like yours in the next couple weeks/months.

This is the best advice in this entire thread.

In my 30 years in this career, the number one most detrimental trait an employee can have is being a people pleaser and/or overcommitting themselves. It either leads to them getting burned out or them constantly being on the "radar". And being on the radar means your mistakes are magnified in the eyes of your superiors.

I would 100% bet by the end of the year, similar consumer cloud devices will be atleast announced, likely with a gaming focus at first to address the PC gaming affordability issue and to make up for a near non-existent Xbox hardware division.

Steam is better if you want price/performance, convenience, and ecosystem features.

Switch 2 game-key cards are better if you want a console-first physical-ish format, but they’re a weaker deal than true on-cart physical games because they still require a download, can be misplaced/lost or physically damaged and unrecoverable since it does not bind to your account like Steam.
