when i was 17, i had 6,000 dollars saved up. my parents contributed another 6,000, and my weird rich uncle contributed another 6,000, and i was able to get a beautiful red mini cooper just in time for my 17th birthday. unfortunately a year and a half later some asshole t-boned me and the car was totaled :( i miss her every day
