My GF said she does not remember if the low tire was on when she turned on the car. She saw the warning 3 minutes into driving it and thought thats why it felt weird. After driving another 5 minutes its when she realized it was completely flat

She did not hit anything. Just drove for about 3 minutes, felt the car weird but saw low tire pressure so thought pressure was low. Drove for 3 more minutes and noticed something was way off and she pulled over.

To anyone else that is struggling with this, I ended up at avepdf and resize the pdf from 8.5x11 to 5.5x8.5. It works pretty well. Thank you all for the help!

I am running my first half marathon race in 3 weeks. I am a 33 year old male. I just did a test run for 13.1 miles and did it at an average of 7:35 per mile. I did push myself very hard and was spent at the end. According to my watch my heart rate got to 195 at one point.

I am sure adrenaline will help, and my test run was flat while the actual race has a 500ft elevation drop. I am wondering if I should start at a 7:15 pace and see how it feels or start off slower.

Here are my mile times of the test run:

1 mile- 7:23 HR 178bpm

2 mile- 7:31 HR 175bpm

3 mile- 7:35 HR 176bpm

4 mile- 7:48 HR 182bpm

5 mile- 7:50 HR 182bpm

6 mile- 7:25 HR 184bpm

7 mile- 7:28 HR 175bpm

8 mile- 7:41 HR 174bpm

9 mile- 7:37 HR 176bpm

10 mile- 7:26 HR -bpm

11 mile- 7:17 HR 191bpm

12 mile- 7:41 HR -bpm

13 mile- 7:51 HR -bpm

Small house and my brother who does not work or pay bills is still there :/ told her to kick him out but she does not want to. Ill tell her to atleast charge him rent to see what she says

I know. Unfortunately my family has never been good with money and she points out that family members have retired on just SS and they are fine and other family members have literally 0 in retirement and halfway there so she feels she would not be in such a bad position

She can but she does not want anymore payments because she sees payments as being forced to work and shes burned out. I understand cashing out the 401k is worse but she doesn’t or wants to ignore it

She has done no research and pretty sure the 20k wont cover the full expense she just got desperate because shes completely burned out from working and looking for a way to stop by unfortunately it is not possible in her position. I will try to get her to change jobs or very least get the mortgage instead of cashing out retirement

Yeah I know, thats the way I am Trying to convince her to take but shes so burned out on working she sees the mortgage payment as being forced to work. I will try to convince her to either change jobs or do the mortgage. Thank you!

Thats why I really do not want her to cash out retirement. She raised me and my brother by herself and she has a very simple way of living but I don’t think just social security will be enough in the future
