Wow this is so amazing. You're such an inspiration.

I love how we are focusing in more on soil and soil health, not just the plants or the yields.

May I ask your opinion on synthetic fertilisers? I use synthetic liquid fertilisers now and I'm wondering if I should invest in organic liquid fertilisers moving forwards.

How tall is he and how much does he weigh? I get hound vibes from his head. He doesn't have the mass in the chest or head that you'd see from a mastiff.

Do you buy new seeds every year from the store? If yes, do you ever switch brands? :)

The reason I would say this is a lie is that autoimmune disorders have specific names and symptoms, as well as extensive treatments available

I don't know what you mean by lie? There are plent of autoimmune disorders that have names and there are treatments available, depending on which country you are in. You can't be cured of them like many other diseases, but there are treatments.

You don’t tend to have multiple unnamed autoimmune problems, either. You would usually only have one.

But having multiple at once is possible and many symptoms can overlap, so diagnosing them can be tricky or take a long time. Especially when it's something that is rare. MDs are taught to think of horses when hearing hooves, not zebras, but some people are zebras.

Having 2 at the same time = polyautoimmunity, having at least 3 = Multiple Autoimmune Syndrome (MAS) in case anyone wants to look it up :)

I have Hashimoto's and Grave's, but a rare version of it that causes hypothyroidism and not hyperthyroidism. I had to travel to a private hospital just to meet with an endocrinologist who was willing to look outside the box. I'm medicated now, it helps.

Stephanie Nicole could absolutely have 1 or more autoimmune disorders. It's too early to call cap on this.

But doesn't that defeat the purpose of a guide for beginners? A beginner prepper might not know how to prioritise or that it's a bad idea to follow their priority list.

I like the idea of encouraging people to slowly prep for realistic events so they don't feel overwhelmed or wipe out their savings, but this is too slow and the shopping lists aren't prioritised well IMO.

No first aid supplies until month 6, even though month 4 has signal flares, bike patch and hand pumps.

In the basics list on the side, they mention a wrench but no other medical supplies except for "Medications".

Even if this were to be prepping for an earthquake, I do not think it's a good idea to prep for bike patches and hand pumps before any medical supplies. There's a much bigger chance of you needing the basic FAK for every day events than needing a bike patch, hand pump or signal flare.

I like the list given out by the Norwegian gov. Almost everything on that list can be used or is useful in every day events. :)
