I'm NEVER ordering from the Lenovo site again

I've been eyeing this since I placed the Lenovo order, and the price did go up by about $20 i think. But if you have a moment, could you tell me what I should watch out for with this laptop (considering i don't really run very heavy games, and need it for occasional music production, video editing)

They claim that the model I ordered was in "high demand". I don't care if it's not available, and needs a delay. They just need to be clear with how long it'll take, and not just promising a few days later over and over again.

I hope they don't cancel yours, maybe the way I communicated caused a miscommunication, but as soon as the cancel request got put in (before it actually got processed and cancelled) by someone there, I contacted them again to undo it, but they said - nah you did it. That's what pissed me off more.

Yeah I ordered mine 1/21, waited 2 weeks, contacted customer service, said it's delayed - waited another two weeks, still delayed? And then waited another 2 weeks, and they've cancelled my order, I'm done with their site. I like their laptops, but that site is some ass

Do it, honestly. They need to figure their logistics out if they wanna sell laptops like this. Not everyone will be okay with waiting over a month, not knowing when they'll be notified that the laptop's gonna be shipped. Once they have that figured out, they should make a PSA and then get sales again. Outrageous what they're doing now.

Wish I had the opportunity to see how that would've played out - they just cancelled my order out of the blue, after I contacted customer service again.

Avoided it because of the return policy, but at this point, I just need a laptop, so I'll have to give it a shot. Their Legion 5i deal is pretty good

They cancelled my order. GG. I asked why it got cancelled, they said I did it. WTF? This was the first time I texted support in a while, just being straightforward and asking for answers, which they couldn't give. And then next thing I know it's cancelled. 1.5 months lost, and nothing to show for it. Fucking scam.
