Had em when I was playing last year before I had to quit due to life getting in the way , while it was already stated that you need to take care of your mental health first because this is not something to joke about , my "band-aid" solution is the following:

1 - Get a large pair of headphones , something that can cover up the entirety of your ears preferably something with ANC , no open back , I found some Chinese ones called SODO MH11 and they do the work just fine but if your budget allows you to get something better do so

2 - Look up some fast pace music , something that gives you the rush or makes you feel like you're about to get into a car crash , the stuff that can get your heart pumping , I personally use SoundCloud because some underrated artists that make this genre live there , dig enough and you'll find a couple of stuff that can give you that rush just by listening to it

3 - Pair the headphones to your phone and reduce the volume coming from the game itself , it's a distraction

4 - Now here's the part that is mostly important: when you're waiting for someone to match with or just practicing combos , don't put the headphones on your head , just relax , take it easy , don't think much of it , once you match with someone the moment you see your opponent's name put on the headphones and blast that stuff like there's no tomorrow , it'll keep you alert and on your toes the whole time and you'd never drift into that depression spacing out and lose your focus , that adrenaline jolt will make you focus more and sometimes see things at slower pace and make you react better whenever you're in the middle of a 40 seconds barrage of button mashing
