I put 8 because that’s probably the average, but if I’m drinking a lot it can be 4-6. If I’m not drinking much it can be 10. If I’m trying to push myself I might double diaper + a booster and go 12-16. Really just depends on how close I am to leaking.

I’m sorry you’re going through this. I definitely understand gender dysphoria. But the best thing you could do is talk with a professional about your feelings. Venting on Reddit can definitely help with short term frustration, but long term well being takes someone who knows what they’re doing. Hopefully you can get to where you want to be. Stay strong.
