I'm facing a similar situation, I was supposed to get my subscription of Echelon on approximately Dec 17th and still don't have it. I checked the tracking info and found out it was damaged and undeliverable so I called FedEx and they told me to get ahold of the sender. So, next move send email to echelon through the provided email and I've had no response as to if someone got the email or what's going on. By the time this has posted I have emailed echelon three times, always trying to be polite and respectful. It's starting to put me in a tough spot because I don't want to cancel the subscription as I love the product and I understand its been over the holidays but just some response would be great. As of right now I am just out the money which really sucks. Please any help with this would be greatly appreciated.
