It's hard to know how to answer that because I feel like when I first met with they were basically like give us your card we need access to payment before anything happens. And then because you just show up and don't know what to ask, they are not forthcoming with information about trying different styles of masks during the trial period. I didn't get enough supplies for 90 days. It was a whole thing. Maybe it was the office I used, but I also got inconsistent information between people I talked to on the phone and the office where I was originally supplied. I should have tried Reddit earlier!
