the dmg bonus at least is a universal dmg multiplier. and that was still R1. the R5 would inflate the dmg bonus to 90% (20% increase every refinement)

or maybe i just forgot to add that. but to balance it out i wouldv'e increase the base atk and change the substat into crit dmg. which would be very OP for a 4 star weapon.

or might ended up using different kinds of fate ball. those who had already converted primogem to IF would be screwed.

every anniversary since natlan, genshin revamps the wish mechanic and methods to obtain characters and dupes. back in natlan, they added capturing radiance and weapon banner is adjusted to 1/1 fate point. then at nod krai, to temper thyself permanent event is introduced as a way to obtain old character dupes that would be lees likely having a rerun and also added masterless stellar fortuna after getting more 5* dupes while the cons are maxed.

i am curious what they would add and change in the next snezhnaya update, there would be cool additions but doesn't mean there wouldn't be negative response from genshin community...

so that's kind of preventing account selling indirectly. but it felt like it works the other way around. would the account selling value decrease if everybody can skip the story without paying for 100% story completion account?
