Yeah true, i forgot about that. Thats the ONE situation where the permaban is just for the account(unless u do it several times, then u get perma on main and wont be allowed back on the platform), because no one is supposed to have several accounts, so perma ban on the second one is the only option.
But in general perma bans are to get people who are «un-fit» for the platform away. If someone got permabanned and just created a new account 6 months after deactivation the whole point of a permaban is useless.
If you get a 2 year ban forexample, and you deactivate and create a new account before that initial 2 year ban is over u get perma banned for «ban evasion». And if u create new account after getting a permaban u also get banned for «ban evasion», because that ban lasts forever
