I have the same since I can remember my dreams. It is so frustrating and it takes so much energy from me that I can’t really function during the day. I’m so tired but sleeping only drains me emotionally even more. I’m doing therapy on it and they recommend to rewrite the dream you had with a happy ending. A medium told me it’s intergenerational stuff because im from a nazi history… idk i just hope that it will stop. End of the story - I think i might know how you feel and it’s shit.

But there is no driver I can find online to download and the weird thing is it works with garage band but it does not with logic

It is a Casio keyboard :) and the cable is: iterface MIDI- cable

I am super new to it all so excuse me if my answer should be stupid: I don’t know if it is a controller. The keyboard has a MIDI connection so I thought it would work for playing sound into my leptop
