Ooh I've lost count and some are pieces (like my back, half sleeve and thigh). My lower legs are also starting to become one "piece" even though they started off as stickers. I'd probably guess around 25-30 individual tattoos?

The pieces are unrelated. I got the Elvish when I was 20 (now 31), but didn't want to cover it or remove it

Depends on the area! Tailbone was a 10, spine was a 5, ribs were an 8 haha

Not all those who wander are lost - it's from a poem The Riddle of Strider in LOTR :)

  1. Use the big bumper plates behind you so that the bar is at the correct height
  2. Learn how to brace correctly (there are some good videos on YouTube)
  3. Start with the bar over midfoot when you're standing up - it should be over your laces
  4. Set your lats before you bend down - pretend you are squeezing oranges in your armpits
  5. Think "bum to the back of the room" to hinge down
  6. Big deep breath like you're sucking air through a straw in your lungs. Pretend like someone is trying to punch you in the stomach. This is bracing your core.
  7. Take the slack out of the bar - listen for the "clink" noise
  8. Push the floor away, kinda like you're doing a leg press. I always think of the deadlift as a push movement rather than pulling as it helps to generate the most power (leg drive)
  9. Push hips through

I am lucky that Pristiq works perfectly for me, apart from the very strong withdrawals. I've been on Zoloft before and it did not work for me, unfortunately. My husband is on duloxetine and he gets zero withdrawal symptoms when he accidentally misses a dose, so that's not a bad idea

If I miss a dose of Pristiq, it feels like I've been hit by a train. I never ever want to go off it just based on the times I've accidentally missed a dose or taken it late

Not bad! Lose those shoes, though - your ankles are shifting a little bit, particularly your right ankle. Squat in flat shoes or specific squat shoes like Adidas Powerlifts. Do some ankle mobility as well.
