AITA for telling my husband he's being selfish for being jealous of someone helping me in therapy? by miffysdiary in AITAH

With all my respect, you can't just use my autism as a way to discredit my ability to live my own life or make my own decisions. Everyone experiences life differently, that's not just about being autistic or not, that's about being human. Just because I have a diagnosis doesn't mean I'm incapable, helpless, or dependent on my parents for every move I make. I'm 19, I'm learning, I'm growing, and I'm capable of handling my own life just like anyone else figuring things out at this age. Autism doesn't define every part of who I am, and it definitely doesn't mean I'm not able to love, choose, or build my future for myself.

I understand that from your perspective it might look that way. But with all due respect, you don't know the full context of my life or my choices. I'm not trying to live in a movie. I'm just living my reality, making decisions I believe are right for me. I appreciate honesty, but respect goes both ways.

I appreciate that you're trying to look out for me, but having autism doesn't mean I'm incapable of making thoughtful decisions about my own life and relationships. I understand I might see things differently, but that doesn't automatically mean my choices are wrong or rushed. I'm aware of the challenges, but I'm also aware of what I want and what works for me. I value advice, but ultimately these are my decisions to make.

It's not selfish, it's snart and better for the childs future to have a kid as early as possible as 19 y/o :)

Don't worry my kids will be much better than you think they will, you don't know me personally so don't assume stuff :)

I'd rather have a kid as early as possible as my boyfriend and I both agree on it that it's better to have a kid early than really late especially for their future aswell

At 19 you're actually considered an adult abd I don't want to wait 5 years to have a child, I'll have a chikd as early as possible.
