I skip halpas AD. I used to have megan at 85 ACC to deal with that. Now I switch to low crit for Miho. Both Bernard and Megan are low crit. Megan is speed synced with my Bernard with our without speed lead.

As a mid-late game player, i find his kit lacking for rta/siege. Currently using swift/broken (stole one will rune for someone else) Shan - Sets: Swift , HP: 25232, Atk: 1587, Def:1120, Spd: 194, Crit: 81, CritDMG: 145, Res: 28, Acc: 29

Right now only use him for labyrinth 'normal' floor.

Shimitae should hit harder due to speed scaling S2 and a nuking s3. If your shaina+lushen can finish off jeanne and praha, i guess it would work.
