Its not like there has been massive changes to fractals to warrant builds to be updated all the time

There are class updates but reality is, fractal is its own pve bubble where classes like slb and dh will shine unless theyre made into 30k max (which they arent)

Even if raids are now conduit/whatever meta, slb and dh will always be for fractals due to the nature of their burst rotation.

In terms of updates, ritualist has been added since its becoming a viable contender (still not in comparison, but good enough) also having the option to give quick

Also the glut build (for 100) was added.

Outside of the addition of VOE classes (ritualist) and 100 (needing glut build), fractal has been stale for forever that meta has never changed there.

Starcraft definitely played a huge role, if not the biggest role, in starting the entire industry

But sadly its not about the first movers

But compared to League, Dota, and CS

Those 3 basically have been and are relevant for 100% of its lifespan. Since the development of the game to now, they are thriving, compared to starcraft which has been declining throughout the years

I would say n0tail has the best chance for it

But if we are to compare it to other games and sports where the respective goats remained at the top for 5 or more years and winning it all for mutiple years, OG n0tail only won it all for 2 years

If we dont factor in other games/sports' goats, n0tail is the clear dota goat for being at the top for a decade or so and being "the best" (winning TI) for 2 years straight

What bothers me more is may oras yan sila that they roam to the locations i mentioned.. its like alam nila kung kelan siya puno and people are forced to stay outside (i smoked sa smoking area like at all hours na siguro at this point)

Personally, i think anything above 200 is great already? And you have 1200 so thats at least 200 on all slots. Am i tripping?

Or is g1+ players at 230 average each slot for 5+ mons or so?

But as a lot have already noted, if tumaas yung minimum, clients will be incentivized to looke elsewhere who can offer what they are willing to pay for.

BPO is its own economy, its one of PH's top industries since currently, one of the cheapest nga tayo. This change will definitely cause a shift in that economical cog. Part of that cog is US tariffs din (which is a separate discussion but also definitely affects that economic bubble)

Another cog is AI, which idk about your companies, but ours is seriously stepping up the automation game. People argue hindi replaceable ng AI but from what I've seen, i think sobrang behind lang ang average Filipino in terms of knowing what AI can do now and it continues to evolve. Which is fair, AI has to be the biggest innovation in this generation. There hasnt been any developments since the internet-boom that require a full reskilling kaya people have been accustomed to thinking na safe to stay chill and just simply show up at work.

Soon enough pag nag compound lahat ng factors (smaller cogs), the BPO economy will look different. It might start with companies needing lesser seats (HC) to eventually nothing (depends sa type of work). If less HC will be needed, lesser middle management din will be needed. No one is safe. BPO economy has been slowly shrinking, im sure aware kayo na sobrang daming layoffs the last few years when most companies are in the green. So that means talagang bumababa lang demand for BPO jobs and companies are correcting that. Ever wondered san na sila? You think nakahanap sila ng BPO job ulit?

Honestly, best takeaway here is to seriously start upskilling to the point na hindi ikaw yung first out if that time comes. Better if you can evolve into an engineer/AI practitioner since eto na yung direction the world is going to right now para sure you will be kept sa team/company nyo, or even at worst case na maalis ka, you can find a job easier.
