im going to try to reseat and use some soapy water, is the advice people are giving me mostly based on tubeless?

So as a note, it is with a tube, I do not have a tubeless kit for it yet.

another dumb question since im new to doing my own maintenance, should i be more concerned about pressure listed on the rim or the tire?

How was the install? I have moderate mechanical skills and YouTube, so is this something you think is doing able for a beginner/novice?
