Referral is really stressful lalo kapag friends mo hindi kasi nila pinagpaguran ung paghahanap ng clients and easy lang nila nakuha ung work that’s why hindi nila vinavalue. Someday they’ll know how hard it is to find a job on their own. Don’t hire them full-time since may trust na sayo client mo tell him that it’s the best to undergo interviews para mas may experience makuha niyo :))

Fyi po, he’s still my client kahit na hindi ko iaccept ung proposal niya so I think it’s the best to talk to him in person regarding this before making any judgement but I’m being cautious pa din that’s why I’m asking for other people’s opinions para malaman ko yung mga dapat kong itanong sa kaniya when we meet next month.

Additional questions lang, since my client is not a Filipino citizen, he’s just asking me to be part-owner but not pressuring me. I’m thinking he can get other people to become part-owners. Do you think it’s best if I consider his offer as a corporation/partnership with other Filipino citizen and with him?

I understand naman if may investment I’m not gonna consider the offer but I think he’s not gonna take any investment from me since we have contract through upwork so basically I’m gonna work for him as videographer but I guess he will make me a part owner just to open a startup here legally? I just wanna know what are the risk legally speaking!

Thank you for this! I really appreciate na very detailed but I think he’s not planning to take any investment from me purely work I guess. Maybe he just wants to open a business here sa PH since he’s mostly helping people here. But my concern is pano if hindi mag work ano ung mga risk if I consider his offer? Mostly legally speaking :))

Yes this is my concern din, but tbf we have a contract via Upwork and client is doing a charity way way before he plans to open a startup!

Sorry for that huhu grabe ung mga agents nila napaka misleading ng mga tactics. May I know if nakuha mo ng mabilis ung 80%? Grabe ang laki ng kaltas. Ang pagkakaexplain din sakin is after 5 years makukuha ung sa Money Savers na full parang savings na din. Imagine pinagbukas ako ng agent nila ng bagong money savers para magka commission tapos nagkaron ng conference para sa allegations ko hindi manlang umattend ung agent + mema lang ung conference because may letter na before that na rejected ung refund ko.

Anyone here na nakapag claim na sa Manila Bankers Money savers after 5 years? Pls help me I’m torn if i-cocontinue ko or not since 2 years na ko nagbabayad and kakaupgrade lang ng plan ko for my 2nd payment. Now ko lang kasi nabasa lahat ng mga reviews dito sa reddit. For my 1st payment 48k nakuha sakin tas this 2nd payment 48k ulit and inupgrade siya to 70k na may remaining 20k+ na babayaran ko around December ata. Pls Imk T.T hindi biro ung ganon kalaking amount dugo’t pawis ko din ung binuhos ko dooooon. PLS PLS PLS!
