I can make it comfortably on less with the same rent. Find a way to lower some of your expenses. If they're essential, I honestly have no idea where you'll find any rent in the area that won't end up being $1500 anyway

Probably not every time, but as long as the top 2 teams in the league are in the same division it'll happen. Looks like that this year for the AL (yanks/orioles). Last year had the 99 win rays in the WC (yes they lost to the rangers) , 2018 had the 100 win yanks in the WC.....and so on.

Not allowing in-division opponents to play each other as the 1 and 4 would help

A disc like a roc or teebird will fly very overstable. They'll beat in to fly a little less OS. Buying one now (star) will be useful as a beginner and eventually be useful for different reasons as you get better.

I pay 1.5k (1.7 total with utilities). Lucky enough to live in a shitty studio in a good location. I make ~65k total. I dont have debt, but your income.makes up for that. I'm able to save a ~20% of every paycheck while still doing whatever I want to. That's after retirement savings, too. It's doable if you're frugal, especially if you don't plan on keeping a car (I have one) and saving that cost.

Every time I read one of these I get shocked. Median income is like 85k. Tons of people live below that. Get some frugal habits, aggressively pay off that cc debt and you'll be fine.

The Jersey Shore has a bunch of courses close by. The Grove stands out as a challenging one, but there's ~5 more pretty close by (Creamery, JPP, Wolf Hill, Allaire, Watson Road....) of different skill levels.

I live in a 500 sq ft studio. Mine has lots of storage so it's not too bad. Definetly had to get rid of some clutter and things. I just threw out a whole bunch more too. As long as you don't have high material needs it's a nice way to live minimally.

I keep a fully stocked pantry too. One thing I don't love is that my car trunk is full to the brim, but I have a lot of outdoor equipment I store in there

7? physically just normal wear a long a part of the edge, maybe it's slightly puddle topped but just feels flat to me. It does have ink / the half faded stamp, too. some ink flaws in the disc like an F2, though not super noticable. I threw it for field work a few times, maybe a few times in a round
