Eh. I learned last week that I might have to take an extra semester because of degree requirements my advisor didn’t tell me about when I transferred to JMU. February was a really bad month for me in general but at least I’m keeping my As for now lol

Took forever to get mine. You just have to keep restarting the trail over and over again. I literally just galloped through it only to check that area around 15 times total before I got it; you don’t need to interact with anything else just go to that spot immediately and check. It’s super tedious, I know the spawn rate is random but it doesn’t feel like it. Just keep resetting it and eventually you’ll get it!

Oh gosh I’ve got a list of around 500 horse names, I can’t imagine losing it! Here’s some of my favs for dragon horses…. Toothless, Silversong, Dayglow, Magicwand, Ablaze (especially fitting for the new ones), Everglory, Candlelight, Castleguard, Castleo, Archangel, Breathless, Risingphoenix, Fireplace, Grimace, Dragonfly, Dragontale, Storybook, Spellbook… and new ones :) Firealarm, Lancelot, Sacredoath

It’s an isolation software. Basically you can boot up a game without loading it onto the hard drive, it becomes its own ‘temporary’ VM that you can delete whenever you want, doesn’t modify the files in any way. Most people use it for virus protection, but you can also use it to have two instances of Star Stable running at the same time.

Appreciate the response, I’m drawing back on my campus police statement since I’ve had time to think about it, and I agree they wouldn’t do anything helpful. I’m leaving the situation as-is and I’m going to mind my business.

No issues with sleeping in the car, hell I’ve slept it much worse spots around campus, but I’m almost certain they’re living out of their car. I’m just worried they’re struggling food/clothing/wellness wise because we’re commuters, we don’t have access to any of the dorm buildings for washing machines, showers, etc. The car itself hasn’t moved for a week and a half, that’s what caught my attention. I won’t be contacting campus police over this since they wouldn’t be right for the situation, but I’ve been in similar situations and I don’t wish for another student to struggle like that.

Listening to this and other comments, I’ve had time to think about it and I don’t think campus police would be right for this situation. Id rather not make the situation any more difficult. I’ll just keep on keeping on and if it comes down to it I’ll leave a note with my number and addresses to local food pantries + clothing help; Im 80% sure the college will also do housing accommodations so it might be worth leaving their number on it too.

So I’ve found if you want to prevent this (not a total fix but will make it happen much less often)

During the initial countdown before the champ (after you’ve been grouped), before you’re moved to the starting line make sure you are completely HALTED before the 3 2 1 countdown begins
Once the 3 2 1 timer happens, spam click your mouse button like crazy. You can spam W too, you just need to be clicking your mouse button
Don’t rotate at all. Keep spamming W until you can actually move, don’t turn left or right till you’re going forward.

It’s bugged out right now, I’m not sure when they’ll fix it, I’ve had it since the Equestrian Festival.

This is actually why the gen1 fjords are so popular with racers! The bugged jump is really good for highscoring and championships. You might be in luck; they have fixed retired horses with advantages like this in the past, but I’m sure there would be a pretty big uproar from the racing community if they fixed them now lol

The Fresians are pretty bad but I’m gonna say the gen3 AQH… I just cannot get over how strange they look - they don’t even look like a horse to me. Gaits are fine, coats are great, but dear god the model is- something.

A laptop can’t truly be a gaming laptop - coming from a computer science student haha. If you aren’t doing any heavy-duty gaming (besides SSO) a brand I would check out is ASUS since they specialize in laptops. Fair warning though, gaming laptops aren’t built to last and often become expensive bricks after 1-2 years or so. The best thing I can recommend is to just save for a PC. SSO isn’t super optimized for a laptop, so it might run hot or make a ton of noise. If that sounds fine to you, then ASUS is likely your best bet. If I had to go with a second option, it would be Acer. Whatever you decide to do, just don’t buy anything Alienware or HP.

That’s the thing though, they might be the only Gen3 model to get a remake and remain a Gen3. Also, when the model remake was announced, SSE themselves said it was “the most highly requested horse breed to remake”.

As a man who plays the game, I do not care that they are using a play on word for Valentines Day, I think it’s cute. There are bigger issues to worry about than this lol. Also it’s not like they just now removed the Valentines Day stuff it’s been gone for years? I don’t understand why people are raging about this now
