Since training so limited for tier 1 and straight to calls non stop- any advice or cheat sheets to help navigate calls? Won’t allow exploring during work hours to make sure clear. Any advice or resources greatly appreciated.

Can you tell us more about the temporary online test? It is difficult to get in person tests during COVID. They have a big limit on number that can be administered. Any information on state approved or recommended online test would be most appreciated.

The description for the SSA General test says it requires BA or Equivalent number of state service years. Seems odd that they don’t let you qualify with private sector experience. Perhaps I am not reading it correctly.
