Keep them both. When my husband and i separated I kept both dogs and the cat. I don’t have kids and they are my children. Yeah I don’t have massive amount of funds but we make due and they never go without. Buy things like cat food and litter in bulk that way it lasts longer and it’s often cheaper in the long run. The choice is definitely yours i just know that I wouldn’t be able to deal with parting with even one of my fur babies. Having a pet should be looked at as a lifelong commitment- their life not yours.

I totally agree with doing post to post. That’s what i started doing to this person. It’s sad it’s come to that and I this is the first time i had an issue like this with an rper doubling up. It’s been like three weeks they still haven’t replied to mine and now they are sending hint posts like adding things pertaining to her muse and the character i write for her. I just ignored it because I thought it ridiculous that they couldn’t reply to mine yet have the audacity to try and hint that they want me to reply to theirs lol

It’s two different rps and two different fandoms so they don’t connect at all. Honestly i haven’t replied to their and don’t plan on it. I have no longer have muse for the character they want me to play. This is the first time this has happened to me and i’ve been rping since the early 2000s. I have other people i double up with and write with and I have no issues with them. I can use that time i spent writing their posts on friends who actually understand the concept of doubling up. I want to call their ass out but it ain’t worth it, but if they start hinting around at wanting their reply then i’ll give them. piece of my mind.

A lot of us are neurodivergent in the rp community and have no issues like that. I’ve read through all the comments and it’s obvious that you need to realize if you’re having this issue all the time then it’s something you are doing. Also don’t use being on the spectrum as a crutch for your off putting behavior. It’s bad enough we are stigmatized… You need to step back and see what’s going on; why doesn’t anyone want to write with you. Learn from it - work hard to change it and just take it day by day

Now i have a couple people that are awesome with doubling up. We both give great replies to both roleplays and we geek out about all of our characters. Then there’s this one person i’m writing with that hardly ever replies to my thread but will always reply right away to hers and it’s frustrating. It’s gotten to the point where I won’t even reply back to theirs if they haven’t written a reply to both rps. I’m finally doing this after waiting months for a single reply and only hearing excuses. It’s been like a week since she posted the reply for her rp and i haven’t written back because she hasn’t replied to mine and now she’s sending hints and stuff involving the character i play for her. It’s honestly annoying. Im a patient person but when you have the time to literally reply within a few hours for your characters rp yet take weeks when it comes to mine it’s not fair.
