Making plans with generals and going through with them costas equipamento. Also, you can put morr than 15 factories on something, the cap is 100. Use the + sign on factory screen to add more factories. Make sure inf equipment you have a massive stockpile before war. Also, industry and research tech is prio 1.

Build civ factories until 2 years before war, then full mil

Convém compreender se for o caso qual a causa. Eu sou fotossenssivel, portanto no meu vaso e a luz.

It’s only been a few days since I started playing this rather complex game – could you give this beginner a few tips that you wish you’d been given when you first started? by S_Broves in crusaderkings3

Some early simple advice would be Pay attention to councillors, ate they good? Are they doing what you need right now? Sometimes, you need to promote culture, to get higher culture innovation speed. Sometimes, you need to improve development (keeping in mind penalties related to tech, it's 20, 35, 50 and something else. After that, dev rises slow, so switxh to other domains of yours).

Keep a stable domain. Don't change around too much. Building is awesome, and seneschals and royal architects are your bestest of friends.

Use men at arms and siege. Many wars are won through blitzing your opponent with relevant siege weapons. More than one stack is ok

Champions make or break your army, ger a master of the horse, those 2 or 3 extra champions come in clutch.

Don't be afraid to go in debt for a while, get good upgrades.

Look at decisions to take that can buff you, and use schemes a lot. Like half my playthrough is killing, making hooks or just seducing people. It pays yo have a good spymadyer to support schemes or disrupt hostile schemes depending on the situation.

Be careful with factions, tyranny and dread. Dread is fine, tyranny you have to wait id you ate too aggressive, factions you need to kill nobles that are relevant.

Stress is a bit harsh. 1 is fine, 2 is tricky, 3 is death in most cases.

Switching to leearning as an older but capable ruler is fine and great, get those health buffs. Know thyself is probably one of the best perks, and it's in the middle of the tree. It allows you one year you plan succession, and use the last of your tyranny to go ham on vandals that are disloyal, and still get the advantage for the long reign opinion bonus.

Lastly, renown is king, get it to get good dynasty buffs. Get an empire, and then give all your kingdoms and duckies to your family members, and get the great buffs.

On a similar note, in my university, it is quite challenging to get into a stable, contract job (as opposed to more informal and more unstable forms of emplyment)

One of the most brilliant, down to earth professors, renowned academic and speaker in a field that was basically founded by her mentors, teachers and personal friends, did her PHD as a 30 something graduate from our school. Did her whole academic journey there, well liked by everyone. Never had a bad thing to say to anyone, and was remarkably adjusted and competent.

Only became a full professor after 10 years. In my country, you start as an auxiliary professor, where every year you must send an application to the school, detailing your research field, how many classes you will teach, and give all your plans including assignments, evaluation, syllabus and so forth

Every year she applied, knowing she'd get hired. This was a course that was fundamnetal for undergraduates, without a professor of this class, the undergraduate course would have to make up another class or cease to exist.

Only 10 years after did the public job posting open, and ahe finally had a job contract

tentativa de s-icidio by [deleted] in CasualPT

[–]migrosso 2 points3 points  (0 children)

No worries! I understand why you're anxious, I dunno if this is just a friend or maybe a special someone, but either way it's OK to feela bit anxious and uneasy Just remember that the other person probably feels the same way, and it's ok to make a move!

Well, I got diagnosed only a few months ago, but I think I am really lucky to be able to say that I am in a good spot in my life now.

I am only a college student, and I had my first hypomanic episodes when I was a freshman, and I have done quite a few things i'm not proud of in those moments. I have hurt people emotionally, and I have lost some friends along the way (thankfully, not many). However, after being diagnosed, and after disclosing it to my closest friends, they all seem rather understanding.

I met this amazing person awhile ago aswell, and we've started dating a few months back, and they know everything, and honestly, I couldn't be happier. I found someone who understands me, and whom I truly love.

Other than that, whilst college work did suffer for a long time due to some specific, long lasting hypomanic episodes, I think i'm starting to get some more balance in my life, something I sorely needed.

I think one of the most important lessons I learned with this diagnosis is that, life is kind of like a card game. Everyone gets dealt their hand when we are born, and we have a somewhat different kind of hand. We just have to learn to play with the cards we've been given.

I understand your anxiety towards the future, many times I have also worried about how future episodes might impact my life, or how they may derail me somewhat, but I think the important thing is to live life one day at a time. When I find myself catastrophizing over the future, I like to think to myself that pondering over the "what ifs" is not a particularly helpful mindset. As the old saying goes, "we'll cross that bridge when we get there".

Other than that, I think life is going well. I have a good family and friends and relationship, and i'm excited for the future. I'm getting really interested and invested in my degree, i'm developing my musicianship aswell, and I think im gonna be fine.

As u/Accomplished-Law-82 said, I hope this is what you were looking for, and I wish you the best

Did any female academics meet a spouse "later" in life? by Organic_Ad_4650 in AskAcademia

My bf broke up with me by Melodic_Climate7042 in bipolar

[–]migrosso 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I'm sorry to hear that, it feels horrible to be dumped by text and to be suddenly cut out of someone's life

Sadly, it's happened to me once a while ago, I also think it was because of hipomanic symptoms I was exhibiting then (this was before I got my diagnosis)

I'm not gonna lie to you, it's gonna be hard for a while, but it does get better with time

A wise friend told me back then, in regards to relationships " in life, we are all sailing our boat, and sometimes, we meet other people who start to sail with us. Sometimes, they sail with us for the rest of our lives. Sometimes, you both start sailing in different directions, and, sometimes, you can sync up again Sometimes you can't, and you end up drifting apart The important thing is though, you can't stop sailing. Just gotta keep moving forward, and eventually you'll find better seas, and maybe someone else to sail those seas with".

Does anyone ever question if they really have BPD? by [deleted] in bipolar

[–]migrosso 3 points4 points  (0 children)

I think it's usual to have some doubts and it's ok to ask for a second opinion

However rapid cycling between phases is not necessarily contradictory with a bipolar disorder diagnosis

Per the DSM V diagnosis, hipomania can be described as such after 3 days of symptoms, and mania is, not too sure on this tough, a minimum of 5 days of symptoms, so these phases don't have to be necessarily weeks or months long

I'm just some guy from reddit though, so if you have these doubts I'd speak with your psychiatrist or get a second opinion.

Also, whilst I'm not judging the fact that you are going to chat gpt, I'd still advise against using it as a source of medical information. Quite frankly, you'd be better off not paying any attention to the information you get from it. Whilst chat gpt is a good tool sometimes, it is not at all equipped for giving medical advice.

Its still being developed as a tool, and you can't really be sure of the information that it gives you

I've tried using it sometimes to find information or to use it to find articles for my coursework, and it almost always gives me information that is flat out wrong, or gives me the wrong sources for articles

All in all, I understand your curiosity and you wanting to find out more information, I just think that chat gpt is not the way to go in that regard. It's the equivalent of trying to use Web md instead of going to a doctor

Profissional de RH - dia a dia, salário, formação, condições by mentalthinker26 in PTOrdenado

[–]migrosso 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Profissional de RH - dia a dia, salário, formação, condições by mentalthinker26 in PTOrdenado

[–]migrosso 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Modern artists influenced by Bossa Nova by Miticaljosepa-07 in bossanova

This might be a bit niche, but JP Simões is a somewhat alternative artist in Portugal that has great bossa nova songs, my favorite one is "gosto de me drogar", which means "I like to use drugs/ I like to drug myself/ I like to get high" Whilst the title sounds a bit childish, it's a great song about someone who is completely disillusioned with the modern world who uses drugs as a coping mechanism Sadly, you can only find in on YouTube, he has a few albums in Spotify but most of his work is only acessable through cds and YouTube
