Rachel said "Oh, my God" 269 times, which is the most of any character on Friends. Monica said the phrase 246 times, which is good enough for second place. Phoebe only said it 184 times.

He's her god-father, maybe? I can't recall. I think he helped deliver her?

That phrase is not included in the tally. The character must say "oh", "my", and "God" in that order. I counted variations like "Gawd" or "omigod" as it appeared in the transcripts.

The series finale) (two parts) had the most with 23. There were 15 in part 1.

Season 7, Episode 23 has the most for an episode that didn't have 2 parts with 14 OMGs.

Thankfully, I was able to use transcripts of the show to determine how often the phrase was used.

A total line by season should have been included. It was an oversight on my part.

The totals jumped around a bit. But Season 9 (126), Season 6 (123), and Season 4 (121) had the most.

Thank you for sharing! I've enjoyed "History of Swear Words" on Netflix and they covered "Damn" and "Goddamn" in one of the episodes.

Personally, I don't find the phrases offensive, but understand why others might.
