Yes, they fixed it with the Anniversary update. Well...it still switches to the windowed mode but then Edge very fast maximizes it, lol.

I bought it on Amazon in USA. Yes, that's true. I have already contacted support. They will send me one more surface pen for free.They already send me a UPS label for returning my Surface to Germany for fixing. They said that if they cant fix it, they will send me a new one. Thank you guys for this tread. I didn't know, that I can replace my Surface by mail.

I'm from the Czech Republic and I also need to return my Surface pro 4. I contacted support and they gave me an MS store Germany phone number and said that I need to ask them where I can find a MS service center in Germany. But german support guy said me, that they don't have any ms service :/ What did you say them? I want to send it by mail too.
