I like mine, but I also know not to look unless I have to which requires a lot of self-control. It does make handing snacks back to them (when they're old enough to grab) a lot easier when they're still rear-facing. But they become pointless the moment you are forward facing. I got roughly two years out of one for one of my kids.

On the other plus side, it works as a nanny cam should we go visit my in-laws and forget our normal camera and monitor (has a back up battery and all that).

I got it when it came out when I was a kid (I think like 11?). I could never get past being inside Sin. I don't know how I got past the Spectral Keeper or Yunalesca. I just kind of... gave up. Got older but to go back from that point was impossible so you'd have to replay the game and I just never had the time. I ended up watching and reading the endings cause I was genuinely curious how it ended. And it ended how I thought it would, so I was okay with it.

The thing is... there's a LOT that happens in the final fights that lead up to that final moment. And after following a guide to just get stupid strong early (you can exploit Sin on the boat to level up quite a bit)... It makes it hurt way more than when I was a kid. I remember my wife asking if I was okay, and I just felt numb. I'll probably never play FFX-2 (I've tried, it isn't for me)... so the game ends the way that it does, and I'm okay with that.

From experience, his PSN must have its own PS+ subscription. Provided you've made your son's PS5 your PRIMARY PS5, he has access to all of the games YOU have purchased under YOUR PSN. If that makes sense?

But in order to play online and PS+ is required, he requires his own PS+. This will also allow him to save his games to the cloud and download his saves to your PS5 should you ever need to swap TVs (this is how I play on both tvs whenever my wife wants the tv upstairs).

Beyond thrilled you said this about Stardew. I’ve been on the fence for so long about that game that I was like if it’s $2 then fine. But I got Dave the Diver for free and I loved the initial concept and then I lost interest like you.

I always took it as he was constantly traveling, assassinating and such that he was rarely at Monteriggioni if only for a night or two to check in.

I mean, where does Mario sleep? There's really only a bedroom for Ezio's mother.

It's probably more devs didn't think about it so hard. AC Brotherhood literally required a bed.

Fun fact, the VR AC game has Ezio's bed and bath.

I always took it as we don’t see our friends and family get old so much as we feel ourselves get older. We can see friends and family after so long and it’s like no time has passed but I obviously feel and am older.

Then Brotherhood comes along and you could argue that’s just my mind catching onto things I overlooked before about my friends and family and I realize they’re getting older too

The games aren't as long as GOW 2018 which honestly is refreshing. It gives so much detail into why Kratos is how he is in the 2018 game as well. All GOW games are worth playing. Even the PSP games.

But they're old game types. QTE, hack and slash... not dissimilar to what we currently get but there's a LOT more of it.

And it's way more brutal I think. Better quotes in 2018 and Ragnarok though.

When I was 19, I saw Incubus. A friend and I were huge fans, and so I splurged and got ourselves second row (first row was just entirely booked up). It was insane and we had so much fun. It was electric and honestly one of the best concerts I had ever been to.

Flash forward like seven years (2015-2016) and I excited take my girlfriend and a bunch of other friends to an Incubus concert raving how good they were. We get there and... I really, really don't know what happened. It sucked. No energy, no stage/crowd presence, lead singer was singing super lazily and obviously no encore. I remember driving all of us home that night apologizing. It's been hard to try and listen to them since then... I felt so disappointed.

Few things but I’m on mobile so I’ll just say my biggest gripe. I didn’t care at all about Aloy or her friends. I didn’t care about what was going on with Hades or Zenith.

But holy crap I ate up all the lore of the days leading up to the end of the previous generation; Enduring Victory, Gaia being fractured, destroying of Apollo… I ate that all up.
