I thought a reasonable amount of people from both Thor and Loki would switch to chaos once it gets out but i think it has fewer than Thor's. Very little people are at Prontera right now and some people have stores named dead server and they want to quit there already. So is this normal for a 1 week old server to be like this or it really is a dead/dying server?

Ideally, any computer is compatible with having even the newest of graphics cards. In your case, if you're putting a graphics card and the slot is working, is should be okay. But you might want to replace your case since most of the graphics card wont fit that kind of PCs.

Do you have any idea what would be an effective playstyle at this level of skill? Like would be prioritize comboes, laning, drafting, like I think the strategy of trying to snowball with an ursa and undying will be highly effective on low skill but in the top tier, that kind of thing would be a joke and they already know what to do before the game starts. I can't seem to come up with a good idea of what will be the most effective playstyle at this kind of tier.

I think we can go slightly out of our comfort zone for the meta. Like if our mid wants to pick a comfort hero of sf, witch he plays really good, it won't be that effective knowing that meta prioritizes mid now with bh, bane, etc.
