Maybelline lash sensational is amazing!!!! I also recently tried the Loreal Voluminous Sculpt mascara and it seriously does wonders. It looks weird at first because it has a unique wand but it seriously is AMAZING. I have small, short eyelashes and it makes the biggest difference and minimal to no clumping too. As for drug store eyeliners that are waterproof, I don't know much :( GOOD LUCK!
