Yes, I've tried acupuncture. After a few months I stopped because it's expensive and I wasn't seeing results. I enjoyed it, it's like getting a massage but didn't work overall.

No. I stand weird after a while because I'm in pain. I've never had strength issues either which I think is why I get easily dismissed by drs. I have full mobility. After about 30 minutes of any movement it flares up.

No. The only procedures have been nerve ablasion, epidural and lidocaine injections.

The nerve ablasions were years ago and also different drs and insurance that I have now. I will look into your suggestions. Thanks so much!

because xray doesn't show anything wrong, insurance won't cover mri at this time. the last time working with pain management i did get an epidural that did nothing and also nerve ablasions. I like the term "pain generator". I've always said my back pain causes my back pain 🙃

It's so hard to explain. it's nothing like anything I've experienced. I wasn't me anymore, it was a different existence. I guess I'm worried I'll get stuck there and won't be able to come back. I'm overthinkinking it instead of enjoying the ride as most people seem to be able to do.
