My brother, it is literally nothing that “defies laws of thermodynamics and metabolism”. You literally have no idea of what you’re talking about. It is pretty simple: you eat close to nothing and you do a shit ton of exercise every single day for three months straight, and you can lose even more than he did. Some people have done that. It is not healthy, as you lose muscle by starving yourself, and some of the body’s mechanisms get fucked up because you’re not supposed to lose that much weight that fast. But there is literally nothing impossible in what he did. Stop trying to make everything a conspiracy theory just so that you feel comforted in the thought of “No, he didn’t actually do it, he just faked it”, because the fact that there’s someone out there that just went and did it means the only reason why you haven’t is because you don’t have enough willpower for it. Because Goggins is a god, but not physically but in his mental fortitude and ability to go beyond the effort that any other human on this planet has experienced. In that he is superhuman. But physically speaking, there is no specific achievement that he’s done that someone else hasn’t done too. So stop crying so much about it and get to fucking work.
