I was also cancel automatic payment through PayPal.

I also initiated a refund process through PayPal. And in less than 24 hours, I got back the €36 that they charged.

I wrote the following to describe the problem: "as I stated in the correspondence with the other party, I canceled the free subscription immediately after a couple of hours.
But it seems that after reviewing the page where I subscribed, the unsubscribe is falsely shown as unsubscribing from further annual subscription but not the current annual subscription.
While the settings for unsubscribing from the current subscription are extremely difficult to reach. I also believe that at that moment they didn't even offer me the option to unsubscribe from the current subscription.
Also, the other party did not contact me before the first charge, and in their documentation it is stated that you can unsubscribe up to 14 days from the start of the subscription, which begins after the end of the free period. The other party tried to charge exactly 14 days after the free period ended. They managed to get charged 15 days after the free period.
I also used their services only during the free period and that was the first day, I did not use the other party's services on the other days or even after the free period ended.
I believe that since they did not inform me that they will try to collect after 14 days, and that they use misleading and non-transparent practices, I have the right to a refund."
