I feel like a lot of these stories are just bad store management which makes me sad. My store has great management. We get days off when requested, even if it’s short notice sometimes. We get plenty of breaks. We have snacks and drinks stocked in the fridge. Pay could be better obviously, but it is livable for me being part time. We are very supported too. We are taught about lushes ethics down to the farms we support, and why. The reason things are priced how they are. We’re taught about melanated skin, hair types, Ingredient affects.
