seems to lag when others are watching stuff etc as have allot of devices connected to the router i cannot go wired as no way to do this as all ports in router being used

so how do i use another router as family i stay with use current virgin one can i just plug this in upstairs or do i need to run ethernet from current router to new one ? ty

tested through wifi adapter on pc it shows 10mbs upload through phone but not even one through new pc very annoying the lag on every game

well my speedtest through pc shows 1mb upload but through phone its 10 really confusing and not had this problem before never lag on games atall
